Meet Debbie, survivor of a raging hurricane that swept across a small outward island in the Caribbean. Though disoriented and disheveled, Debbie found the strength to reach out to others who weren’t so blessed. Meet Andy, pastor of a large church in a major city in the Eastern United States, suddenly overwhelmed by a category 5 storm that shattered his life. His wife left him, and the elders of the church were about to ask him to change some of his autocratic ways. Enter a large cast of people surrounding these two individuals who are going through their own private storms. Finally, consider God, the only stabilizing force that people can take hold of. Mix all this together and the result is God’s perfect storm. What needs to blow away is gone, what is strong enough to stand remains. Relationships are changed forever and new ones are formed. This work of fiction will have you sitting on the edge of your seat as you quickly turn the pages to see what happens next. Through The Tempest is thoroughly entertaining, totally believable and impossible to put down.
