Gary began his career in financial management with Shell Offshore, Inc. as an entry-level accountant. After two years, he decided to pursue a career in health care financial management, joining Ochsner Clinic in 1993. During his 16 years at Ochsner, Gary became well-respected and affectionately known as chief “Make It Happen,” causing ordinary people to become extraordinary in both their professional and personal lives. Additionally, Gary founded The Make It Happen Learning Institute to educate and inspire leaders in corporate America to develop their God-given leadership potential and create cultures of empowerment in the workplace.
